Ordered two, one either side of the garage. Took maybe five minutes each, the stake goes straight into the lawn and the figure drops on. Batteries were already in. For the money I expected flimsy and it is not flimsy.

Looks exactly like the pictures, which I did not expect. Only thing is on a windy night the robe moves a lot, so I put a sandbag on each loop and it settled down. Would buy again.
The delivery guy rang the bell at 7:40 and I watched him on the camera walk up, see the reaper, put the box down and speed walk back to the van. I have watched that clip probably forty times.
